The kind of "help" you dont want

I like the game, generally its very good. I have been stumped by only one puzzle out of 240 so far. I decided to pay $.99 for help on the puzzle and it waved a stupid wand icon, sparked stars and said "your puzzle is solved" then reset it back to the start. I still have no idea how to solve the puzzle. Who wants help like that? Theres no satisfaction having a star that you didnt earn. Can I have the$.99 back please?
